These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Terms of Use”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SalesRobot Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SalesRobot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the SalesRobot website, application, and related services.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website or Services.

1. ELECTRONIC CONTRACT & ACCEPTANCE

These Terms are an electronic contract formed under applicable U.S. federal and state laws governing electronic contracts and transactions, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

No physical or electronic signature is required. Your acceptance is indicated by:

  • accessing or using the Website or Services, or

  • clicking “I agree,” creating an account, or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms.

SalesRobot provides a LinkedIn automation and outreach platform, including tools for campaign management, personalization, and related services (“Services”).

3. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with:

  • the Privacy Policy, and

  • any additional terms, guidelines, or notices posted on the Website

(collectively, the “Agreement”) constitute the entire agreement between you and SalesRobot regarding the use of the Website and Services.

4. INTERPRETATION

a. Singular includes plural and vice versa.
b. Headings are for convenience only.
c. References to individuals include their legal heirs and permitted assigns; references to entities include affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age, and

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

a. Account Creation

Some Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account (“Account”).

b. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and

  • all activities conducted through your Account.

c. Security Obligations

You must promptly notify SalesRobot of any unauthorized use or security breach. SalesRobot is not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your Account.

d. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account if:

  • information provided is false or misleading, or

  • you violate these Terms.

Account suspension or termination does not entitle you to compensation or refunds unless otherwise required by law.

7. SERVICES

SalesRobot provides software tools for:

  • LinkedIn automation,

  • campaign orchestration, and

  • personalized outreach workflows.

SalesRobot does not:

  • control your LinkedIn account,

  • guarantee campaign performance or results, or

  • assume responsibility for third-party platform policies (including LinkedIn).

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

a. Violate any applicable law or regulation
b. Infringe intellectual property rights
c. Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others
d. Upload unlawful, obscene, or misleading content
e. Scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent platform safeguards
f. Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) except as expressly permitted
g. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
h. Use the Services for prohibited outreach or spam activities

We reserve the right to investigate and take enforcement action for violations.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CONTENT

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. SalesRobot:

  • does not control these sites, and

  • is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

SalesRobot may offer promotions, discounts, or coupons at its sole discretion.
Such offers:

  • may change or end at any time, and

  • do not create any entitlement or obligation.

11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, disclosures, and updates.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by SalesRobot or its licensors.

No license is granted to you except as expressly stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESROBOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SalesRobot, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • your use of the Services, or

  • your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL SALESROBOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

16. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

18. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, sale, or restructuring.

19. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

20. EMAIL & OUTREACH COMPLIANCE POLICY

a. Consent Requirement

You agree to use SalesRobot only for outreach to recipients who have provided lawful consent where required.

b. Prohibited Use

You shall not use SalesRobot to send unlawful spam or violate:

  • CAN-SPAM Act

  • GDPR

  • applicable email, privacy, or anti-spam laws

c. Technical Standards

Emails sent through SalesRobot may utilize:

  • TLS/SSL

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication

d. Enforcement

SalesRobot may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You are solely responsible for compliance and resulting liabilities.

You can import people from LinkedIn Sales Nav search, a normal LinkedIn Search, or upload with a CSV, or you can DM LinkedIn group members or event attendees if you want!

Did I mention  that you can fetch all the people who commented on a particular LinkedIn post and request to connect with them?

How does it work with LinkedIn limits?

We fully comply with LinkedIn limits and you can send up to 75 connection requests a day. Additionally you can send up to 40 InMails a day to open profiles without using any InMail credits.

How many LinkedIn accounts can I use ?

If you've got multiple LinkedIn accounts you want to manage (client accounts  for example), you can do that by just adding them like you added the first one.

Can I use it with my CRM?
